1. Do you have a physical store?

No, we do not. However, we are available at most retail and specialty stores. For more information, please visit our "Where To Find Us" section. 

2. How much time does it take to receive my item?

We typically take 2 working days (after purchase date) to handover orders to courier service. After that, the shipping time is dependent on the courier service chosen. 

3.  Can we arrange for self pick-up or self collect our orders?

Yes, definitely! Self pick up is available. For now, it's available on weekdays only. Please contact us for more details. 

4.  How much does shipping cost?

West Malaysia - Free of charge on Shopee with no minimum spend / Free of charge on Lazada with minimum spend of RM35. 

East Malaysia - RM18 off for standard delivery & free of charge for economy delivery (Sea Shipping) on Shopee  / RM30 for standard delivery on Lazada. 

5. Are your products safe for babies and pets?

Yes they are. However, we always recommend performing a spot test before use.
